You will be responsible for helping users with technical issues related to MacBooks, iMacs, and other Apple devices.Responsibilities:Provide technical support for Apple hardware and softwareTroubleshoot and resolve issues with macOS, applications, and devicesSet up new Apple devices for usersAssisted with network and printer connectionsDocumented all work and support ticketsRequirements:Experience supporting Apple devicesBasic knowledge of macOS and Apple softwareGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independentlyTekWissen Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
