This is a roll-up-your-sleeves leadership role, not a desk job. We're looking for someone whos not afraid to walk the floor, solve problems in real time, and lead by example.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all production, maintenance, and logistics operations in the facilityLead a team of production staffMonitor KPIs and drive improvements in production output, safety, waste reduction, and efficiencyEnsure safety policies are strictly followed and coach teams on best practicesCollaborate with HR and supervisors on hiring, training, discipline, and team developmentManage scheduling, labor planning, and resource allocation to meet production targetsWork closely with Quality and Engineering to ensure product consistency and resolve process issuesLead daily operations meetings and provide clear communication between shifts and departmentsIdentify process bottlenecks and lead lean or continuous improvement projectsEnsure compliance with OSHA, company policies, and plant protocolsQualifications:5+ years in manufacturing or industrial operations, with at least 3 years in a management roleFluency in French and English is requiredStrong background in high-volume production (tire, rubber, automotive, or similar industries preferred)Track record of success managing people, processes, and production schedulesComfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on problem-solvingWorking knowledge of lean manufacturing, OSHA safety regulations, and production reporting toolsExcellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skillsHigh school diploma or GED required; technical degree or trade certification preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive base salaryCompany sponsored benefitsRRSP/DPSP ContributionsHow To ApplyThis is more than a jobits your opportunity to be part of something bigger.
