This is an exciting opportunity to engage in impactful work within a flexible and supportive environment where your contributions help others achieve their professional goals.What Youll Do Typical Day in the RoleProvide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team by managing end-to-end recruitment coordination activitiesInitiate and oversee background check processes in collaboration with candidates and third-party vendorsAssist new hires during onboarding to ensure a smooth transitionFormat and post job descriptions on external niche job boardsPrepare monthly reports and coordinate referral bonus paymentsManage inquiries received through the recruitment inbox and respond in a timely mannerCollaborate with other HR departments to ensure alignment and effective communicationAssist with recruitment-related special projects as assignedProvide general support to the broader HR operations team when neededWhat You Bring Candidate RequirementsMust-Have Skills:Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment, training, or HR administrationProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solvingNice-to-Have Skills:Knowledge of Workday (highly preferred)Experience with background check platforms such as HireRightBachelors degree (preferred, not required)What Sets You ApartProven administrative experience with high attention to detail and accuracyExceptional customer service skills and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressureComfortable working in a large, fast-moving organizationDemonstrated adaptability and sense of urgency in managing competing priorities
