Were seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager with a background in property management. This hybrid role blends relationship-building, client acquisition, and strategic sales with hands-on property management expertise. You'll be a key player in expanding our client base while ensuring exceptional service for existing portfolios.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities within the commercial and condominium real estate sectorsLeverage industry knowledge to pitch tailored property management solutions to prospective clientsBuild and maintain strong relationships with condo boards, owners, and property investorsManage a select portfolio of properties, ensuring operational excellence and complianceOversee maintenance, service contracts, and vendor relationships to support quality deliveryConduct site inspections and ensure properties meet corporate and regulatory standardsCollaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused proposals and reportingAttend board meetings, present insights, and support key decision-making processesAssist in budget planning, reserve fund oversight, and financial performance trackingWhat You BringProven experience in property management (commercial or condo), with a sales or business development backgroundStrong understanding of the Condominium Act, building operations, and regulatory complianceExceptional communication, client relationship, and organizational skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunitiesValid drivers license and access to a vehicle (mileage reimbursed)Salary: $2,500 p/month + commission
