Were looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager for one of our clients near the Oshawa area. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing the entire Maintenance Department, driving team performance, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring reliability across all equipment and systems Qualifications & Experience: Minim um 5 years of leadership experie nce in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment. Strong working knowledge of CMMS syst ems. Proven ability to mana ge third-party service provid ers and contracts. Proficiency in MS Proj ect or equivalent project management software. Excellent communication skills, both written and ver bal. Technical trade certificat ion (e.g., Millwright) is an as set. PMP designat ion is considered an advantage. Skilled in interpreting technical drawings. Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for safety and team output. Able to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
