About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Regional Operations Leader to oversee multiple locations within the restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in restaurant management with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The region the successful candidate will manage is Central Ontario, ideally you would reside between Barrie and Sudbury. Key Responsibilities Plan and oversee new store openings and store audits. Take responsibility for training new franchisees and their teams. Develop and perform training programs for staff. Ensure the standards outlined in the Operations Manual are met consistently. Proactively work to positively influence sales and profitability in your region. Build professional relationships and create buy-ins in their assigned territory. Plan, schedule, and lead new store openings. Conduct store audits and store visitations, correct deficiencies noted. Participate and be on site during the full process for new restaurant openings and re-sale transfers. Ability to travel even outside the province for store openings and transfers for up to 3 weeks at a time. Qualifications & Skills ~1-4 years of demonstrated experience in the Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, specifically in overseeing a designated territory. ~ Must have a valid G license and reliable access to a car. ~ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. ~ Previous experience in multi-unit management is preferred. ~ Exposure to franchising operations is preferred. ~ Post-secondary education, particularly a business-related diploma, is preferred. ~ Strong problem-solving skills. ~ Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations. ~ Can do attitude with exceptional relationship building skills.
