Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Analyst to support the enhancement of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and supply chain processes. This role involves working closely with our Operations, Sales, IT, Finance and Customer Support teams to identify areas of improvement, implement solutions, and support our business development and pricing strategies. Key Responsibilities Business Process Improvement & Collaboration: Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams including Operations, Sales, IT, Finance and Customer Support. Evaluate and enhance existing business processes related to warehousing, order fulfillment, and customer support. Partner with teams to resolve fulfillment issues, improve contract renewal processes, and streamline carrier usage and pricing. Market Analysis: Track market trends, customer profiles, and competitor pricing to support informed decision-making. Ensure pricing strategies support both customer satisfaction and business goals. Pricing & Quotation Support: Support the Sales team by preparing competitive pricing proposals, RFPs/RFQs, and spot quotes. Maintain and update a pricing database for accessorial services and other logistics offerings. Ensure pricing remains current and aligns with customer needs and market conditions. Systems Analysis & Reporting: Understand internal business systems and how they interact across departments. Develop and manage dashboards to track supply chain KPIs, inventory levels, and space utilization. Generate daily and weekly exception reports to flag issues and drive timely corrective actions. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of data across systems and reports. Accountability & Leadership: Take ownership of tracking and reporting key operational metrics. Drive accountability across departments to resolve issues and meet improvement goals. Collaborate with team leads to take necessary actions and escalate concerns when needed to achieve business targets. Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment. Bachelors Degree is preferred Hands-on experience with data analysis tools. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in pricing, quoting, and business process optimization is a plus.
