About Us: We are an established, innovative fiberglass window and door manufacturer based in Concord, Ontario. For over 30 years, we have led the industry with energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, and technologically advanced Energy Star products. Due to growing demand, we''re seeking a skilled Office & Sales Manager who excels in digital marketing, lead management, office administration, basic bookkeeping, and general IT support. Position Overview: You will play a crucial role in managing our office operations, driving digital marketing initiatives, supporting sales through effective lead management, handling basic bookkeeping tasks, assisting the business owner directly, and overseeing general IT needs. Compensation: Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year Performance-based bonus Extended health and dental benefits Responsibilities: General Office Administration: Minor telephone reception, managing mail and data entry. Digital Marketing & Lead Management: Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies, including website updates, SEO optimization, social media engagement, and content. Sales Support: Work closely with sales teams to track, manage, and analyze leads using CRM. Basic Bookkeeping: Accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and maintaining organized financial records. Executive Assistance: Direct support to the management team. Qualifications: Minimum 7-10 years experience in Office Administration in a who is extremely organized in performing their office duties. Business minded individual with entrepreneur spirit Proficient with digital marketing tools (SEO, social media, website CMS). Experience using Customer Relationship Management systems. Basic bookkeeping skills (accounts payable, bank reconciliation). Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with construction materials or window industry experience (preferred but not mandatory). Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite. Post-secondary education in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is an asset.
