Responsible for recording and maintaining business transactions, managing bank and general ledger reconciliations, processing accounts payable and receivables, and preparing analysis reports; reporting directly to Finance Leader. Opportunity for data analysis for operations BI, to optimize business decisions. You Will: Maintain books of accounts (including but not limited to preparing cheques, coding and posting invoices, preparing deposits, recording business transactions and journal entries, bank reconciliations, verifying and processing employee expense reimbursements, etc.). Oversee accounts receivable and collections. Manage bank and account reconciliations. Assist in maintaining policy and procedure documentation for complex financial and accounting issues. Maintain an accurate and complete trail of supporting documentation and schedules for all financial and bookkeeping activities. Maintain an up-to-date, complete, and systematic filing system to support bookkeeping and financial records. Assist in month-end closing and produce internal reports, and assist in year-end schedules for submission to external auditors. Qualifications University degree in accounting or finance required (CPA certificate is a plus). 1+ years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping. High responsibility, self-motivated, good organizational, efficiency and performance delivery, result-oriented, time management, and prioritizing skills. Experience in Intuit QuickBooks and Circle language as an asset. Advanced computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office Pack. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written; Fluent in Mandarin an asset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
