We are hiring for our client in the financial services industry.Duration: 6 months (extendable)Job Type: Hybrid ( 3 days onsite in a week)Responsibilities:Lead sessions with business teams to gather and finalize requirements.Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and source-to-target mappings (STM).Ensure data solutions meet business needs and align with project goals.Perform data analysis, profiling, and metadata collection.Manage stakeholder alignment across multiple teams.Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.Deliver clear and concise data documentation within project deadlines.Requirements:5–10 years experience as a Data Analyst in Wealth Management (Retail, Retirement, Institutional, or General Accounts).2–3 years hands-on experience with GenAI.Working experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer.Strong SQL skills, able to write complex queries for analysis and validation.Experience with Master Data Management, Data Integration, Data Warehousing, and Big Data analytics projects.Hands-on experience with data lakes and data warehouse environments.Knowledge of major financial platforms (e.g., Bloomberg Polar Lake, SimCorp Dimension, Findur, Apex, Eagle, Charles River, Sylvan, Calypso).Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.Practical experience in data modeling, data loading, profiling, and validation using SQL.Proven ability to integrate new data sources into large-scale data systems.Nice to Have:Experience with Azure cloud platform.Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Connect.
