The successful applicant will have a background in technical sales, projects and the ability to take their customers from inception to installation.Responsibilities Maintain high level of service and customer satisfactionIdentify customer needs and work closely with engineering or inside sales to offer the correct technical solutionParticipate in the RFQ process, provide accurate and rigorous quotes, negotiate contract terms while maintaining margins, participate in visits all in coordination with the rest of the team remotely and our sub-contractorsCollaborate with the technical team to ensure the successful execution of client projects, from design to installationBe present on site during critical moments of the installation processPromote exclusive product linesParticipate in product demonstrations and offer technical adviceProvide regular after-sales follow up to ensure customer satisfactionRequirements Show a customer-oriented attitudeDemonstrate great rigor in your workFirm commitment to excellence in customer service and customer satisfactionExcellent communication skills as well as ability to create interpersonal and business relationshipsEase to manage a project’s budget and timelineAutonomous and able to easily adapt your work to prioritiesAbility to manage pressure and multiple and changing prioritiesAbility to travel within OntarioQualifications Bachelor’s degree, relevant and equivalent diploma or experienceAt least 10 years of experience in technical sales of Mill & Crane ProductsExperience in the sale of products/services related to the lifting equipment and accessories market, an important assetFamiliar with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word
