The Lynde Institute for Dermatology The Lynde Institute for Dermatology is a full-service, multidisciplinary dermatology clinic under the care of our Medical Director, Dr. Charles W. Lynde. Our team of healthcare professionals includes dermatologists, family physicians, nurses, medical estheticians, and a plastic surgeon. Lynde Dermatology prides itself on providing scientific, evidence-based dermatology solutions for its patients. Our clinical team works collaboratively with our team of physicians to deliver the best care possible to our patients. Senior Administrative CoordinatorAs a member of the clinical team, the Senior Administrative Assistant works cooperatively with all team members to support the clinic and its operations, including physicians and patients. The Senior Administrative Coordinator is directly responsible for executive calendar management including the Medical Director and Managing Partner. Schedule management is inclusive of clinic, travel, research and development, and consulting. Internal and external communications. The Senior Administrative Coordinator will report directly to the Medical Director and Managing Partner. Qualifications:A Bachelor of Science (BSc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) in a healthcare related fieldMinimum 1-2 years experience in a clinical or medical settingKnowledge of medical terminology and abbreviationsWell-developed communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, with strong time management capabilitiesAbility to adapt to a fast-paced environmentHigh level of professionalismHigh level of proficiency in customer serviceProficient computer skillsDemonstrated ability to work effectively within an inter-professional team as well as independentlyExperience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platforms considered an assetExperience with Electronic Medical Records & OHIP billing platforms considered an assetResponsibilities/Tasks:Handling correspondence, answering phones, taking messages, and relaying information.Managing end-to-end essential Clinical Trial Regulatory Documents and filing.Drafting, editing, publishing internal and external communicationsAssisting with general clerical tasks, such as sorting mail, ordering supplies, scheduling contractor services and maintaining office supplies.Scheduling and conducting meetings (virtual and in-person); inclusive but not limited to: Research & Development, Investigator Meetings, Site Qualifying Visits, Site Initiation Visits, Close Out Visits, Industry Consultancy, Advisory Boards, Consultancy Meetings, Touchpoints, Speaking EngagementsScheduling and booking travel inclusive but not limited to: Airfare, Ground Transportation, Accommodations, Conference RegistrationAvailable to work Monday through FridayCompensation:Remuneration will be assessed and offered based on education level, clinical experience, and applicable skillsetsHourly base pay and vacation pay following a bi-weekly pay scheduleWe thank all candidates for their interest, however only those considered for an interview will be contacted.
