Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Change Manager Intermediate for a 6-month contract to support the Visa Debit Modernization Project, a strategic initiative to revamp account-based payment processing. This is an excellent opportunity to work cross-functionally, drive change management strategies, and contribute to operational enhancements in a fast-paced financial services environment.Key Responsibilities:Process Evaluation & ImprovementSupport assessment of current operational processes and document impacts stemming from Visa Debit ModernizationRecommend and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency, ensure compliance, and support business objectivesChange Management CoordinationLead and coordinate change management activities across delivery teams, stakeholders, and impacted business unitsDesign and execute change management plans, including training, support tools, and implementation guidesTrack progress of change initiatives and adjust plans to address emerging challenges or risksOperational Journey SupportCollaborate with cross-functional teams to build and map operational journeys aligned to project goalsIdentify and mitigate operational risks and dependencies that may impact rollout or adoptionCommunication Plan DevelopmentAssist in the creation and execution of a comprehensive communications strategy for internal stakeholdersDraft, review, and distribute clear, consistent messaging around Visa Debit Modernization updatesGather feedback from impacted teams to refine communication and engagement strategiesMust-Have Qualifications:35 years of experience in product management, change management, and/or process improvement3+ years of experience in payment systems and solutions (e.g., debit/credit, digital payments)Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and lead business readiness initiativesNice-to-Have Qualifications:Direct experience with Visa debit products or financial services project workFamiliarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in banking or paymentsIf you are qualified and interested in this position, please send your resume to Fouzan Shaik at today.
