The Opportunity We are currently looking to add an aspiring Product Manager with a problem-solving mindset in Calgary, AB. Reporting to the Director, Operations, the successful candidate will lead the development of our mobile applications and other measurement products. This role is responsible for implementation of business processes and ensuring their success, and being accountable/responsible to ensure appropriate development of technical skills for direct reports. This role will also support various strategic and sales initiatives, including implementing new clients onto our platforms, providing training to internal and external stakeholders. We are seeking an individual with strong leadership capabilities and operational knowledge that is an adept strategic and critical thinker. The individual will be expected to influence and collaborate with several key stakeholders. This is a vital role in helping achieve Critical Control Technologies vision of helping and improving the business process of measurement for every Oil and Gas operator.What youll do Lead the development and adoption of all Mobile ApplicationsLead and steward the implementation and execution of key strategic initiatives and drive operational excellenceMake strategic decisions about project management methodologies & coordinate their executionInterface with sales & marketing, software product planning, and channel partners to provide accurate data and analysis to improve market intelligence, software product advancement and promote sales activities.
