Were looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager for one of our clients near the Oshawa area.This is a key leadership role responsible for managing the entire Maintenance Department, driving team performance, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring reliability across all equipment and systemsQualifications & Experience:Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment.Strong working knowledge of CMMS systems.Proven ability to manage third-party service providers and contracts.Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent project management software.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Technical trade certification (e.g., Millwright) is an asset.PMP designation is considered an advantage.Skilled in interpreting technical drawings.Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for safety and team output.Able to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.Interested?
