JOB DESCRIPTION:We are seeking an experienced, analytical and strategically minded sales professional to take on the role of an Account manager to represent Bedsonline / The Luxurist. You will be focused on developing and growing your Travel Agency portfolio base and commercial relationships with our trade partners in your set region. You will possess exceptional sales and customer service skills and have the commercial acumen to drive significant growth across all areas including TTV, margin and room nights. Working alongside our Account Directors Managers, Sales Executives and other internal stakeholders to deliver on your targets and also have a good working knowledge of the industry and eye towards acquisition also. Responsibilities & Duties:Ability to analyze client productivity to find new opportunities to grow TTV, OM and revenue to exceed targets set.Drive client acquisition activities.Develop relationships with key travel agent partners.Work with the wider sales & other internal teams to align strategy for the sales area.Negotiate, implement and track the performance of key commercial agreements.Conduct on-site sales call with your portfolio of travel agent partners, some may require overnight stays where needed.Maintain and grow commercial relationships with the customers assigned, while achieving targetsConstant analysis of the performance & evolution of the assigned clients to increase Bedsonline sales as well as prevent any churnGenerate new business opportunities via connecting new products or destinations, opening new markets, finding business gaps, promoting HBXs key business lines, etc.Growth in terms of sales and profitability through proactive management of an assigned portfolio of accounts. Requirements: Experience in the Travel IndustryRetail Account Manager experiences to manage portfolio of retail and home working travel agencies within the North American Market Own Car is essential , as the Role is planning meetings face to face with Travel agents within a set region BDM experience to manage a portfolio / region of clients to drive brand awareness and salesIdeal candidate should be located in Ontario, Canada Region French is a plus but not essentialValid Passport You will have the opportunity to work for a company that is going through significant change in becoming the worlds leading travel services provider. In-depth understanding of the country's travel market, including travel trade networks (travel agencies, tour operators).API. Knowledge of API integration and technology sales & deals.Personal Skills. Ambitious, proactive, results-oriented, comfortable in fast-paced environments, creative problem-solving. Analytical Skills. Data-driven, tech-savvy, experience using KPIs to track success.International Mindset. Adaptability to multicultural environments.Self motivated. Work independently with a high level of accountability.Think outside-the-box. Develop and implement creative solutions to challenges.Business trips. Up to 70% of working time may involve visiting customers, attending events, or meeting the team. Having your own car is important.Business Tools knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Tableau are advantageous. Language Proficiency. English. Spansh and additional languages are advantageous.Work Permit. Must be a citizen or permanent resident of USA.Location.
