You are responsible for designing, implementing and measuring a proactive comprehensive strategic food safety and quality assurance program that reaches all aspects of food and beverage handling and restaurant cleanliness that supports Recipe’s overall strategic plan. Through effective leadership, programs, tools, training and coaching you will lead the department and essentially all activity related to restaurant level food handling, cooking, storage, cleanliness, pest control, Food Claims verification, internal and external QA/Health audits. You will also be responsible for vendor participation and auditing, leading any 3rd party audit company and liaison with public and government officials to ensure compliance of all applicable legislation.
