CONTRACT position: Senior Service Desk Analyst/Technician, ITIL certifiedDURATION: May 2025 to December 31, 2025 (possibility of an extension)LOCATION: on-site Winnipeg, MB (various shifts, 7-day/24-hour operation) REQUIRED: MUST HAVE 5+ years of experience as a Service Desk Technician MUST HAVE 5+ years of customer service experience MUST be ITIL certified and with a solid ITIL background Completion of a recognized degree or diploma program in an IT-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience Demonstrate technical competency in monitoring and providing Tier I support level.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications, Active Directory, Cherwell Service Management, and Cisco Unified CM. Have and maintain a valid Manitoba Class 5 drivers license.
