Were growing quickly and looking for a strategic and experienced Program Lead to join our team. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing complex programs across pharmacy operations, technology implementation, and digital service delivery. Youll work cross-functionally to ensure we continue delivering a world-class experience to our patients while scaling our systems and services. What You''ll Do Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of programs across digital health, operations, and product rollout Oversee timelines, risks, resources, and milestones across multiple concurrent initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pharmacy, tech, customer service, leadership) to align project goals and drive execution Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring strong communication and expectations management Guide product and service implementations, developing scalable frameworks and monitoring adoption and outcomes Promote operational excellence by refining workflows, mitigating risks, and supporting continuous improvement Champion change initiatives and support organizational adaptability as we grow Lead portfolio-level planning, resource prioritization, and performance reviews across all active programs What You Bring 10+ years of experience in program management or large-scale project delivery Background in healthcare, pharmacy, digital health, or regulated industries strongly preferred Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills Proficiency in managing large, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies Excellent communication and decision-making abilities Familiarity with SaaS, healthcare technology, or data-driven platforms is an asset PMP, PRINCE2, or other project/program management certifications are preferred Why Work With Us Join a purpose-driven company improving access to prescription medication for Canadians Work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with flexibility and autonomy Collaborate with a talented, mission-aligned team that values quality and care Contribute to a healthcare solution that blends technology with human-centered service
