Privately Owned Surgery & Dentistry Focus No On-Call Work-Life Balance Lloyd & Cowan Veterinary Recruitment is pleased to be working with a fantastic privately owned small animal clinic located in South West Ontario . This well-established practice, owned and led by a dedicated veterinarian, is looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to join their friendly 3-doctor team. This is a great opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys surgery and dentistry, values continuing education, and wants to work in a supportive, low-stress environment with no after-hours responsibilities. About the Practice: Focused on CE and ongoing training Heavy surgical and dental caseload , supported by a brand new dental suite 2-3 surgical mornings/week , or full surgery days depending on caseload No OOH - all after-hours care is referred to a nearby 24-hour emergency service Full-time schedule includes only one Saturday morning (8-12) every third weekend Modern equipment and well-resourced clinic About You: Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Ontario Confident or keen to develop further in surgery and dentistry A collaborative, team-oriented mindset Open to both experienced vets and more recent grads seeking mentorship Compensation & Perks: Salary: $110,000 - $130,000+ (commensurate with experience) Generous CE allowance and support Friendly, professional team culture Consideration for part-time schedules based on your needs Excellent work-life balance and flexible structure If you''re looking for a welcoming, well-equipped clinic where you can thrive professionally without sacrificing your personal time, this could be the perfect fit.
