Working directly with TCPM's executive team, the successful candidate will take a leading role in developing proposals, fostering growth opportunities, and improving marketing initiatives for our growing company.With a wide range of project types, this is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level in a full-time, salaried position with comprehensive benefits, 3 weeks of vacation time to start plus additional time off between Christmas & New Years. We strongly support professional development and work closely with our team members to develop PD plans that align with personal goals and corporate needs.ResponsibilitiesProposal Development-Review and interpret Request for Proposal (RFP)s and similar qualification request documents, considering both the requirements and needs for a successful proposal pursuit-Develop Go-No-Go assessment and lead the proposal submission strategy-Lead all phases of the proposal pursuit, from the coordination of a proposal kick-off meeting to determine deliverables and deadlines as required. Liaise as with the team regarding proposal deliverables-Create proposal strategies, write, proofread, edit and format proposal content which may include adapting existing content to ensure cohesive proposals-Deliver exceptional proposals with tailored content and effective designCorporate Growth-Assist in sourcing and assessing relevant opportunities aligned with TCPMs value proposition and portfolio of work, maintaining a database of leads-Collaborate with internal teams to support business development strategies and initiatives-Manage multiple concurrent initiatives and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven focused environment-Assist in maintaining proposal and marketing resources including a database of supporting material such as historical content, executive summaries, project information sheets and resumes-Build and maintain relationships within the industry, amongst our Client, Consultant, and Contracting partners to promote awareness and values of TCPM through effective communication and partnershipsMarketing-Complete technical writing for a wide range of marketing and project deliverables-Create engaging marketing content, presentations, and collateral to support outreach efforts-Manage and update website content, LinkedIn engagement, and company information-Organize and manage project timelines to meet deadlines effectively-Provide high-level administrative support to executives, which may include such tasks as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, technical writing/editing, and coordinating presentationsQualifications-A Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Design is an asset but not a requirement-3 plus years experience developing strategic proposal submissions, preferably within the AEC or Development industry-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams-Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and CRM software is a plus-Experience with web design, graphic design, or photography & videography is an asset-Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment-Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical and general business skills, and the ability to process information quickly and accurately-Excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills, including editing and proofreading abilities-Strong ability to manage and motivate others, stimulating creativity-Effective communication with technical staff and management, fostering collaborative relationships-Being a natural self-starter with the ability to prioritize, self-schedule, meet tight deadlines and work with colleagues from various departments, market sectors, and locations-Valid drivers license requiredPay Range and Compensation PackageCompetitive salary based on experience & qualifications.
