A smarter way to manage waste, meet mandates, and move faster in a regulated world.The Opportunity:We're looking for a builder.A senior leader ready to design and scale a high-performing client experience function from the ground up.This hire will be tasked with owning the full post-sale customer journey: from discovery sessions and pilots, to onboarding and implementation, support, expansion, and advocacy.Youll architect the systems, processes, and teams that transform complex enterprise onboarding into scalable programs, enabling our client to grow without sacrificing quality or customer trust.Success in this role will mean accelerated adoption, seamless delivery, high retention, and direct contribution to revenue growthall while navigating the practical constraints of a startup environment.The Skills/Requirement Needed to Succeed:An accomplished B2B SaaS leader who has built and scaled client success from scratch, or was hired to overhaul a broken process and delivered a successful outcome that created 'raving fans'.Able to partner with a FOUNDER and build a business with them.
