Job Title: Business Development Executive (Casual/PT/Remote)Reports To: Managing Director Employment Type: Open ContractSalary: $1,000/month - $2,000/month after 3 months+10% profit bonus for each successful hiringJob Description:Are you an experienced sales professional seeking a flexible, casual earning opportunity? Do you have a strong network in the industrial or manufacturing sector? Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Executive!The BDEs core responsibility is to connect with potential hiring managers, mainly in the industrial or manufacturing sectors, to promote the services offered by our Recruitment Division. Once connected, our internal recruiting team handles the entire recruitment and screening process while the BDE maintains a supporting role. This is a flexible, remote position that is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and business development who wants to work independently and manager their own accounts and clients.Key Responsibilities: Engage potential hiring managers in the industrial and manufacturing sectors within your network and utilize your existing client pipeline to present the services offered by our company. Present our recruitment services to potential clients, showcasing our unique recruitment strategy and our rebate program.. Collaborate closely with our team to align client needs with our recruitment capabilities.Qualifications & Abilities: Proven experience in HR, Industrial Management, Industrial Sales, Business Development, or Recruiting. Demonstrated ability to leverage professional networks and relationships, with a demonstrated history of using platforms like LinkedIn for business development. Strong network and connections with hiring managers in relevant industries. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Sound understanding of recruitment processes and client management.Compensation, Perks & Benefits: This role has a base salary of $1,000/month, which bumps up to $2,000/month after 3 months +10% profit bonus for each successful hiring.
