Our head office is in downtown Vancouver with over 43 branches across Canada.Overview:Our subsidiary, KJ Harrison & Partners, is seeking seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Private Client Analyst to work closely with a Portfolio Manager in all aspects of managing high-net-worth client relationships. This role combines investment support, portfolio analysis, client service, and operational execution. The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, a client-first mindset, and a high degree of professionalism in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager to support all aspects of client relationship managementPrepare and maintain client-facing materials, including presentations, portfolio reviews, and business updatesConduct ongoing portfolio analysis to support wealth planning and investment decision-makingFollow up on client meetings and manage ad hoc client requestsAssist with projects related to investment strategy and client wealth managementCoordinate the onboarding and maintenance of client accounts, including documentation, transfers, and compliance updatesProcess account transactions such as wire transfers, cheque requests, contributions, and disbursementsCollaborate with internal teams and third-party investment managers to support fund reviews, reporting, and portfolio updatesMaintain accurate and up-to-date information across CRM and portfolio management systemsEnsure the accuracy and quality of all client reportingLiaise with internal departments to ensure seamless execution and compliance adherenceDemonstrate a strong understanding of wealth planning strategies to contribute to holistic client adviceQualifications:Bachelors degree in economics or businessMinimum 5 years of experience in a private client, wealth management, or investment advisory environmentCompletion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC®) required and CFP® designation is an assetStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Outlook, and CRM systemsExperience with portfolio management and reporting platforms such as D1g1t; familiarity with custodial platforms like NBIN (National Bank Independent Network)Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalHighly organized, analytical, and solutions-orientedCollaborative team player with a high degree of initiative and accountabilityInterested in pursuing relevant certifications (FCSI/CFA/CIMA)Diversity and InclusionDiversity is an important value to us.
