Bilingual Human Resources Generalist (French/English)Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid – 2 days at home)Salary: $75,000–$80,000 + BenefitsHours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMVacation & Benefits: 3 weeks vacation, 5 personal days, company pension, comprehensive health & dental coverageAbout the RoleAre you a passionate HR professional fluent in both French and English? You will play a key role supporting day-to-day HR operations, benefits management, employee relations, recruitment, and more, all while contributing to an environment of continuous improvement and employee satisfaction.This is a hybrid role based in Mississauga — with the flexibility to work from home two days per week!Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for benefits administration and employee inquiries.Enroll new hires in benefits and pension plans and manage updates related to leaves, terminations, and status changes.Support the execution of HR initiatives, fostering an exceptional employee experience.Maintain accurate employee records, payroll inputs, and HR databases.Prepare reports for month-end, audits, and management requests.Conduct exit interviews and help shape employee retention strategies.Collaborate with external benefits carriers and employment agencies.Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes, including coordination with IT.Promote a culture of health, safety, and compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.What We’re Looking ForEducationBachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.Experience5+ years of hands-on HR Generalist experience, ideally in a bilingual setting.Strong background in benefits management, HR administration, employee relations, and recruitment.Skills & AttributesFluently bilingual in French and English (written and verbal).Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.Results-driven and customer service-oriented mindset.Proficient in HRIS systems and HR operational processes.Able to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate reliability, and inspire trust.Additional InformationTravel Requirement: Up to 20% (this is rare)Probation Period: 6 months before benefits and sick/personal days eligibility.Why Join?You will be part of a respected, growth-driven organization representing some of the most reputable brands in the heavy equipment industry.
