Mier Temporary Staffing is hiring!Job Title: Low Rise Project CoordinatorLocation: York Region, ONJob Type: Temporary to PermanentSalary: $18-19/hourOur client in York Region, ON is actively looking for a Low Rise Project Coordinator to join their team.Position Summary:Communicate with external site supervisors (via phone or email) to obtain information regarding measuring and installation deadlines.Create weekly measure schedules, identify any product extras for upcoming lots, transferring that information onto a takeoff.Preparing weekly packages for our Measurers via email – outlining any urgent deadlines or units.Track the retrieval of measurements, fulfill all data entry dutiesCollect production orders daily to formulate weekly installation schedules for both crews, considering product turnaround timesCommunicate needs to production manager to ensure material is made in time for the scheduled deliveries.Provide installation schedules to Shipping department in a timely manner – communicate any specifics/needs regarding the deliveries.Communicate to site exactly what material is being sent on which date (via email).Collect and complete delivery slips daily, provide approvals, create remakes if necessary, provide copies to Billings (Bryson)Request lot completions from site supervisors, track retrievals, follow up if necessary, and provide all necessary paperwork to Accounting departmentStay up to date with service work orders – book service appointments with homeowners as soon as possible; use the Service calendar to assist with scheduling.Send completed service work orders to correct site service personnel.Be familiar with the inclusions and exclusions of each site, material/hardware differencesHandle all administrative tasks (file, scanning, data entry, etc.)Complete scheduling (required to contact site/customer via phone or email)Update calendars with appointmentsCommunicate with installers, production team, shipping team, and other individuals across the groups of companiesComply with safety rules; report all accidents, incidents and potential hazards immediatelyUnderstand and comply with the worker responsibilities and rights as outlined in the rulesEnsure PPE (personal protective equipment) is worn at all timesAttend various training sessions as requested by employerAll other duties as assignedKey Performance Indicators:Effectively demonstrates on-time delivery and the ability to stay focused on goals and responsibilitiesAbility to adapt to new ideas, technology, processes or product changesConduct day-to-day tasks in accordance to legislated and Company-dictated Environmental, Health and Safety mandates and other Company policiesComplete Annual Performance Review with ManagementSkills & Experience:Minimum 2+ years in an administrative or data entry roleMinimum 2+ years in schedulingKnowledge of MS Office proficiencyMust have experience with Microsoft Dynamics; Navision or SAPIndustry ExperienceExcellent customer service skillsStrong communication skills requiredAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to analyze data and provide insights from dataAbility to exhibit a professional attitude and image with commitment to quality serviceHighly organized, with high level of accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detailAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong work ethic, motivation, interpersonal and judgment skillIf you meet the above qualifications, please submit your resume.
