You’ll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, warranty processing, and technical support, playing a key role in customer satisfaction and vendor relationships.What You’ll Be DoingProviding phone and email support to diagnose and resolve HVAC and RV appliance issuesPartnering with vendors to verify warranties, resolve technical problems, and order partsDelivering technical training sessions to internal staff and customersProcessing and tracking warranty claims using internal systems and vendor-specific toolsGuiding customers through warranty policies and claim proceduresTroubleshooting, repairing, and modifying returned equipment as neededMaintaining accurate records and ensuring timely warranty submissionsKeeping the repair and tool area clean, organized, and functionalWhat You’ll Need To Be SuccessfulExcellent communication skills—both written and verbal1–2 years of experience in purchasing, technical support, or a wholesale parts counter environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailA customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service and follow-throughAnalytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
