Our experience spans Franchise QSR ''s Tenant Improvements, Design Builds, Industrial Tilt-Ups, and Multi-Residential projects. Equipped with the necessary skills and services, we are ready to tackle any New Build or Tenant Improvement project. This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimator based in Langley, BC. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, analyzing project requirements, and collaborating with various departments to ensure project success. Daily tasks include reviewing project plans and specifications, soliciting bids from subcontractors, and compiling detailed cost analysis. The Estimator will also contribute to value engineering initiatives and provide support during project negotiations. Experience in reviewing project plans and specifications Ability to solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors Know the importance of building strong relationships with vendors. Proficiency in construction management software and tools, specifically SAGE Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Previous experience in the commercial construction industry, QSR and Franchise Tenant Improvement, Design Builds, Industrial Tilt-Ups, Commercial and Multi-Residential projects Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field or min (5) years experience.
