Role Description We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to lead and work alongside our greenhouse labour team in the wholesale department . As the Greenhouse Labour Team Lead , you will take an active, hands-on role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily tasks while maintaining a positive team dynamic in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Job duties Oversee a crew of 3-7 people Collaborate on a daily basis with sales manager and growers in order to prepare for daily labour activities Delegate tasks and work alongside the team in various areas of the greenhouse throughout the day Motivate team members to foster a positive atmosphere Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time Labour tasks include: picking plants for orders, planting, packing orders, spacing plants, greenhouse cleaning tasks, etc. Qualifications/skills Experience in greenhouse operations is a plus Leadership and team management skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of equipment and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to tolerate heat If you believe this is the right opportunity for you and you''re excited to grow with us, please contact us at .
