About this team The Global Packaging and Labelling team is responsible for planning, designing, developing, testing, and producing end-to-end packaging and labels. We work in close partnership with cross-functional teams across the business and partners throughout supply chain. We meet the needs of our product, guests, markets and channels in order to achieve our strategic priorities and business goals. We ensure packaging and labelling materials are production ready and support successful product delivery. A day in the life The Global Brand Packaging Program Management team centralizes and leads the cross-functional work for the Brand Packaging category for all regions (retail shopping bags and supplies, ecomm packaging, gift packaging, and more). We collaborate with Brand Creative, Marketing, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Sustainability, and Procurement teams to ensure our solutions meet business requirements. The Program Lead, Global Brand Packaging role supports the entire end-to-end process from strategy through to creation and delivery. The Lead is a strategic thinker and master coordinator who knows how to synthesize information, dig into the details, bring the right people together, and execute according to plan. This newly created role supports the existing ''Program Manager, Brand Packaging'' and reports directly into the ''Manager, Packaging''. Key Responsibilities: Support the intake of project requests, creation of business requirements, and creation of project briefs Coordinate w/ Project Management and Development teams, and other cross-functional partners, to create realistic project timelines Support the Program Manager, Global Brand Packaging in the creation of documentation, reports, and presentation tools in order to facilitate the day-to-day work and the escalation of work to leadership Support in sourcing vendor quotes and performing cost analysis Support in bringing clarity and accountability to the work overall, and in setting the right tone and environment for the working group Support in bringing the right people together at the right time Understand and support the short-term and long-term goals of the various Brand Packaging programs Understand and support the requirements of the Sustainability Impact Agenda to ensure we meet our goals. Qualifications 4-5 years of direct experience with business operations and/or program management BComm, BA, or BSc (or equivalent) Experience with corporate retail and/or supply chain environments Experience managing budgets and costing Expert level user of MS Office, especially Powerpoint and Excel Strong verbal and written business communication skillsyou are a logical thinker and clear communicator Excellent interpersonal skillsyou are a collaborative, fair, approachable and seek to solve problems together Ability to multi-task and support various projects simultaneously Position is located in Vancouver, B.C., Canada. Currently a hybrid work model with a minimum of 4 days in the Vancouver office (subject to change at any time). Preferred Experience Experience or expertise with Packaging Experience with creative/design and production process Understanding of the retail store environment Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop) Must haves Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.
