Sales & Business Growth- Achieve annual sales targets by generating orders and increasing revenue.- Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities to enhance product reach and increase sales in respective zones.2. New Market Development- Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis of demand and supply trends.- Work on New Product Identification and Development (NPD) based on market requirements to expand the customer base.3. Distributor Performance Management- Monitor and evaluate the performance of each distributor and provide insights on sales performance.- Share regular reports on party-wise sales performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.4. Sales Data & Reporting Automation- Automate sales reporting processes to reduce turnaround time for SKU-wise, category-wise, and geography-wise analysis.- Leverage data analytics to support strategic decision-making.5. Compliance & Audit Management- Ensure 100% compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.- Address and resolve any audit observations or non-compliances effectively.6.
