Our Client: Financial Services, Real Estate and Asset Management Firm Role Title: Coordinator, Compliance & Governance The successful candidate will coordinate governance processes, ensure compliance reporting (especially to OSFI), and manage board meeting preparation and execution. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate Board meeting logistics (4x/year), ensuring reports are tabled and properly formatted Engage with internal and external stakeholders including third-party vendors Ensure all materials and reports are completed and submitted per regulatory cycles Manage governance documentation and uploads to the Board Support compliance and OSFI reporting Work closely with executive leadership on governance matters Must-Have Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of business facing, administrative experience Strong OSFI reporting experience is essential Experience working with boards and governance committees Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized Ability to understand and interpret organizational and regulatory needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Diligent with follow-through and document handling Familiarity with high-volume environments (virtual or in-person) Key Competencies: Critical thinking and professional judgment Strong communication skills Self-motivated and proactive Collaborative mindset
