Title: Brand Strategist (Pharma) Status: 6+ months to fulltime Position Overview The Brand Strategist (Pharma) will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative branding strategies that resonate with healthcare professionals and patients. This role will focus on market research, consumer insights, and campaign management to enhance the brand's presence in the pharmaceutical industry. Key Responsibilities - Conduct market research to identify trends and insights within the pharmaceutical sector. - Develop and implement strategic brand plans that align with company objectives and resonate with target audiences. - Build brand equity and leverage clients' unique selling propositions to grow market share and drive patient and HCP engagement - Analyze campaign performance and conduct post-mortem assessments to inform future strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, R&D, and regulatory to ensure brand alignment and compliance. - Lead creative direction for branding initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and brand vision. - Develop positioning statements and messaging that differentiate the brand in a competitive market. Qualifications - 7+ years of healthcare marketing or agency experience with a strong focus on brand strategy and creative development (therapeutic area agnostic)- Demonstrated ability to lead brand planning, message development, and campaign strategy across HCP and/or DTC channels - Adept at turning data, insights, and market complexity into clear and compelling strategic direction - Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide internal teams and influence senior clients
