Adecco is actively seeking a Sales Account Executive to join our client's growing team in Markham, ON. They're looking for a high energy, driven self-starter to sell the most trusted brands in the AIDC (Barcodes) industry. An ideal candidate is someone who excels at building relationships and providing solutions to our customers, becoming a trusted advisor and technology consultant-whether the organization needs a single tablet or a comprehensive, complex solution for their operations.Salary: The base salary for this role is CAD 40,000, with an additional 15% commission structure. On-target earnings for the first year are expected to be between CAD 70,000 and CAD 80,000, with uncapped commissions allowing for even greater earning potential.Location: 100% Onsite in Markham, ONShifts: Monday-Friday | Shift within 9AM-5PMMinimum experience required: 1-2 years of sales experienceJob type: Permanent | Full-timeJob ResponsibilitiesListen, understand and respond to customer inquiries about products, services, order status, stock availability, order placement and shipment tracking. Provide customers and sales with information regarding order status.Within a revenue-generating culture, meet or exceed the clients performance objectives, including sales targets, responsiveness, and time management.Collaborate with peers and industry partners to bring the best technology products, services & solutionsAssist in accounts receivable/collections activity where support is required to ensure prompt resolution of outstanding invoices.Research current and potential customers in order to understand their business and educate them on the value of working with the client.Manage and document sales activities and communicate progress to sales leadership.Continuously analyze market trends and sales data.Relationships and RolesEstablish and maintain excellent relationships with all departments of the client (Sales, Service, Admin & Support) and related officesPlay an integral role in customer satisfaction by dealing directly with customers to resolve complaints on products and services and escalate to Supervisor when necessary.Develop and maintain relationships with OEM representatives, such as OEM Territory Managers, to assist in the closing of deals and future business leads. Negotiate deals to ensure profitability through the use of OEM programs.Maintain relationships with Sales Leadership on hardware and/or software service agreements.
