About the Role Were hiring a functional CRM leader to drive delivery and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. This role will oversee system enhancements across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing, aligning CRM capabilities with business goals. Youll lead a small team and act as the go-to partner for cross-functional stakeholders, translating needs into CRM solutions that drive engagement, efficiency, and results.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end delivery of CRM initiatives using Microsoft Dynamics 365 across business units.Translate business requirements into platform configurations and process improvements.Collaborate with IT and vendors on CRM integrations and system enhancements.Lead adoption, training, and user engagement efforts to ensure CRM solutions meet business needs.Manage the CRM roadmap and backlog, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and feasibility.Monitor platform usage, user feedback, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.Establish CRM best practices and serve as the functional point of contact for system-related questions.What You Bring5+ years of experience leading CRM platforms in a functional or delivery-focused capacity.Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Power Platform, Customer Service).Experience gathering requirements, configuring the platform, and working with stakeholders across departments.Familiarity with data flows, reporting, and CRM integrations (in partnership with IT or vendors).Strong communication skills and experience driving user adoption and cross-functional alignment.Project management experience and the ability to lead CRM initiatives from planning to rollout.Nice to HaveExperience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or Dynamics 365 Marketing.Background working with third-party vendors or implementation partners.Familiarity with change management and CRM training programs.Why Join Us?Lead a high-impact CRM function and influence how teams engage with customers.Be part of a collaborative environment where innovation and user experience are prioritized.Competitive compensation and benefits.
