Client: Big Five Tech Giant, a multinational technology corporation Terms: 9-month contract, possible extension Location: Toronto, Hybrid Responsibilities:Help solve technically complex, strategic, high-profile or long-running customer cases that may require interaction with Software EngineeringResponsible for the customer support experienceOwn, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues, using collaboration, troubleshooting best practices and transparency within and across teams (e.g. swarming)Identify cases that require escalation (either technically or strategically)Create and maintain incident management requests to product group or engineering groupContribute to case deflection initiatives, automation and other digital self-help assets to improve customer and engineer experienceProvide ramp activities, knowledge sharing, technical coaching and mentoringDrive technical collaboration and engagement outside of CSS (Product Engineering teams, Services, Support, Regions)Lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles; may be workload or specialty specific Key Qualifications: 5+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experienceBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 3+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experienceMinimum 3+ years experience with identity.Minimum 3+ years experience with security.Minimum 3+ years experience with intune.Fluent speaking, reading and writing in Mandarin and English Microsoft Azure architecture and its components (Fabric, Compute, Storage) Operating System & Networking:o Master in supporting Windows Servers.o Master in supporting Linux (RedHat/Ubuntu/etc.).o Experience in Core Linux Administration (boot process, file systems, network device and protocol configuration) OR managing cluster environment (SUSE, RedHat, Veritas) OR core OS services such as: SSH, telnet, FTP, NFS, DNS, DHCP, Samba, LDAPo Experienced in network configuration, troubleshooting, subnetting, Proxy services/servers, VPN, TCP/IP protocols, iptables and route table support, general DNS services, and route/bandwidth problem diagnostics.o Experienced in Web Server troubleshooting: IIS, PHP, Apache, Tomcat, etc.o Experienced in Network performance fine-tune.o Experienced in Enterprise Security solution design and troubleshooting.o Experienced in 3rd party application-level troubleshooting or issue isolation. Kubernetes:o Master in Container technology.o Experienced in Docker, Containers, Kubernetes and/or could deployment technologies.o Experienced in Container networking.o Experienced in building and maintaining application components in CI/CD (Git, Jenkins etc.).
