Job Description

We are seeking a passionate professional in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEI&A) to join our dynamic team at Randstad. This role requires bilingualism in French and English, along with strong experience in leading DEI&A initiatives. Research the latest innovations in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Gather data and make recommendations to the DEI Director regarding programs and initiatives, processes, and procedures Support the development and implementation of our internal and external EDI&A strategy Assist DEI team in creating, administering, and analyzing quantitative, qualitative and statistical data, and other assessments in order to track and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of DEI efforts, programs, training, and initiatives Assist in the development of DEI training programs Serve as resource and support in various DEI efforts Partner to create a safe and inclusive space for all members of the community. Develop, plan and implement projects, presentations and other related materials to deliver the DEI strategy for Randstad.
