Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Service Technician 3/4th Year Apprentice located in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area. The Junior Service Technician will be responsible for maintenance and repair, troubleshooting, field service, and providing excellent customer service to ensure the operational efficiency of industrial equipment with a heavy emphasis on electric forklift, propane forklifts and scissor lifts, you will be expected to work both on your own as well as with senior service technicians who will guide you through troubleshooting tasks and complex repairs. Qualifications Maintenance & Repair skills Troubleshooting skills Field Service and Customer Service skills Experience in maintenance of industrial equipment Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Technical certification or completion of a related apprenticeship program Ast enrolment/ HD enrolment with prior work experience Valid Class 5 drivers license Excellent customer service skills Ability to work for periods unattended Pay band, benefits and hours 70-80k per year dental/medical 3 weeks vacation 32 hour work week (4 day work week) after probation Probationary period 120 days Resume Requirements To be considered for this role candidates must provide a resume indicating prior work experience.
