JOB STATEMENT: Reporting to the Manager, Investment Administration and working in a fast-paced environment, the Investment Administrator will be responsible for placing segregated fund trades and other basic administrative requirements within the Investment Administration area. This highly motivated and energetic candidate must have a keen eye for detail and a penchant for accuracy. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing, researching and taking the initiative for resolving issues in a proactive manner. RESPONSIBILITIES: Placing segregated fund trades; Establishing new accounts; Tracking and following-up on pending transfers; Maintaining supplies for investment applications and forms; and Completing reports and functions as assigned by the Manager, Investment Administration. QUALIFICATIONS: Post-secondary education 1 2 years similar experience within the investment industry an asset Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook Strong customer focus, service orientation and professional acumen Excellent communication, organizational and listening skills Dedicated team player with the ability to take the initiative and be independent Knowledge of Wealthserv an asset COMPENSATION: Commensurate with experience; salary range: $47,000 to $55,000 If you are interested in applying for this position, please forward a cover letter and resume in confidence to .
