What the role entails Support, motivate and guide our Client Care team by helping them with task management, best-practices implementation, finding solutions and meeting KPIs Shape and elevate our customers journey throughout their order lifecycle, from order entry to order delivery and everything in between Engage daily with our customers, external partners, and sales team via phone/email Partner with internal teams to uncover opportunities, address any escalations or product issues Drive improvements by reimagining processes, streamline workflows and revamp current ways of working Ensure order guidelines, client details, and SOPs are always updated and accurate Own our HubSpot pipeline and case management to meet SLAs Support our Operations and Transportation team during peak times Be the liaison between our Sales Team and our customers to enable revenue growth Your Profile You have at least 3 years of experience in a customer facing role preferably in B2B You are familiar with Tier 1 ERP and CRM systems. Previous experience with SAP and/or HubSpot is an asset You have exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to tailor clear and concise messages to different audiences.
