We are seeking to expand our Technical Team with a proactive, service-oriented, and collaborative individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. Role Summary We are looking for a Technical Coordinator to join our team at our Toronto head office. This full-time, on-site role involves providing technical support, managing customer service inquiries, and assisting with project coordination. The successful candidate will help ensure technical accuracy and efficiency in project execution while communicating effectively with both internal teams and clients. Key Responsibilities Support all technical aspects of lighting projects from inception to completion Provide technical assistance to the production department, including wiring and dimming support Prepare and update installation guides (Adobe) Review and edit cut sheets and wiring diagrams (Adobe) Assist in lighting quotations and shop drawings Maintain and prepare modular specification sheets using Adobe InDesign / Illustrator Required Skills & Experience Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with AutoCAD, AGi32, and VISUAL Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy, even in fast-paced environments Ability to work independently and collaboratively Familiarity with Excel or similar programs for data organization
