Day-to-Day A boutique financial institution is seeking a dedicated Service Desk Analyst to join their Vancouver office. This role requires in-office presence three days per week. The Service Desk Analyst will be the primary point of contact for tier 1 ticketing support, serving approximately 400 users on the servers. Additionally, this individual will handle onboarding tasks for new employees, including account setup, workstation configuration, and application installations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate with both junior and senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Tier 1 Ticketing Support: Provide first-level support for server-related issues to approximately 400 users. Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up accounts, configuring workstations, and installing necessary applications. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with both junior and senior stakeholders. Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Must Haves Experience: Minimum of 4+ years working as a service/help desk analyst. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Active Directory. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools. Experience with Microsoft Intune Onboarding Experience: Setting up accounts and workstations. Application installations. Conference room setups. Troubleshooting: Ability to handle tier 1 issues effectively. Communication Skills: Capable of interacting with both junior and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a financial institution is preferred Logistics: Role Type: Full-Time, Permanent Role Environment: Hybrid, On-site in Vancouver 3x/week Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000/yr
