This role will oversee the functions of the general labour team, ensuring projects meet quality standards and industry regulations. With multi-trade knowledge and the utmost attention to detail, you will be responsible for directing the efficient operations and hands-on maintenance of Scotlynn facilities and special projects. Planning, overseeing and executing construction, renovations and maintenance of projects Coordinating and executing maintenance of facilities and grounds Ensuring building systems are functioning properly and safely Ensuring the facilities comply with all relevant laws and regulations Training & supervising general laborers throughout constructions Experience in a variety of trades including general maintenance, general labour, electrical, mechanical and plumbing Ability to communicate effectively (written & verbal) in English; ability to communicate verbally in Spanish is an asset Farming fresh produce and delivering it to retailers is how Scotlynn got its start.
