Qualifications: -Active registration with the CMLTO as a General MLT required -Competent to practice Haematology / Immunohaematology (Blood Bank) and Chemistry required Skill, Ability and Experience: -Basic proficiency in the use of computers required -Experience with Oracle preferred - Previous experience as a Medical Laboratory Technologist preferred Principal Duties: -Perform routine laboratory testing in a core lab environment consisting of Haematology, Immunohaematology and Chemistry -Participates in unit/department and Hospital Quality Improvement initiatives -Completes continuing education requirements as necessary -Other related duties as assigned Successful applicant will be considered a multisite employee
