Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment with sales, product, and customer support teams. Create marketing collateral, campaigns, and promotional materials that effectively communicate product benefits tailored to financial services and fintech customers. Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to create tools, presentations, and training materials that empower them to effectively sell Maximizer CRM, particularly to customers in financial services and fintech sectors. Customer Engagement & Feedback: Gather feedback from customers in the financial services and fintech industries and use it to refine marketing strategies, product messaging, and feature prioritization. Metrics & Performance Analysis: Track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, retention) and report on campaign performance to stakeholders. Experience: 3+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the SaaS, CRM, financial services, or fintech industries, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in a start-up or scale-up environment. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Strong understanding of product marketing principles, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis, especially within financial services and fintech.
