Akkodis is partnered with a global leading Defense and Space Manufacturing client to recruit a Senior Analyst - Financial Systems to play a key role in transforming how the Finance team operates. This is an opportunity to make a real impact - leading systems projects, automating processes, and collaborating across departments to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Reporting directly to the Director of Accounting, you''ll work closely with IT, business partners, and external vendors to ensure financial systems are running smoothly and evolving to meet the future needs of the business. What You''ll Do: Be the finance lead on major system implementations and upgrades. Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to define business requirements and deliver high-impact solutions. Own system testing, data integrity, and ensure compliance with IFRS standards. Identify and drive automation opportunities to replace manual processes. Provide ongoing support and training for finance systems users. Create clear documentation and contribute to project planning and governance. What You Bring: Proven experience managing financial systems (ERP, reporting tools, upgrades). A deep understanding of finance/accounting processes and IFRS standards. A Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Hands-on experience with Tier 1 ERP systems (INFOR LN is a plus). Exceptional problem-solving and Excel skills; experience with Visio/PowerPoint is a bonus. Strong communication and collaboration skillsyou know how to bridge the gap between tech and finance. CPA designation (or in progress) is a strong asset. Special Consideration: Successful candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Government of Canada Reliability Status Clearance and pass a security assessment for Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
