Skills and Responsibilities: Responsibilities Support software deployment to production systems. Create and Maintain SOPs, training documents for each release. Provide in-person support and training to users for application changes. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong willingness to learn. Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure smooth rollout, resolve issues and as required for any escalation. Collect feedback to refine processes. Work on initiatives and continuous improvement process around proactive reporting, and support. Provides regular updates to internal and external teams as required. Mandatory skills and experience: Must be a strong communicator in English and French, both written and verbally. 2-3 years of experience preferably in pharmacy management systems. Must have good documentation skills to create clear and concise documents. Ability to perform multiple tasks to ensure no slippage. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Valid Drivers license.
