Sr. PCO (Contract Position) Number of Positions: 1 Filled: 12 months Location: Toronto, ON, CA Must be eligible to work in Canada Hybrid position, 2-3d/w onsite in Toronto mandatory Roles and responsibilities: Looking to hire a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Control Officer (PCO) to join our team. The PCO will be responsible for supporting project management activities, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met on time and within budget. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and maintaining project documentation. Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Monitor project progress and performance, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes. Support project financial management, including tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to budget. Assist in the development of project reports and presentations. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Must has skills/qualifications/experience Bachelors degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project control or project management. Proficiency in project management software - Clarity. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. PMP or other relevant certification is a plus. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and complex formulas.
