Our client is an insurance advisory firm. They are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A who will be responsible for partnering and supporting business leaders with timely and actionable insights and analysis to continue to drive profitable growth. You will be involved in a wide range of strategic projects and will be a critical member of the finance team who works closely with the CFO and other leaders on automation projects and other key strategic initiatives. High-growth company, expanding both organically and through acquisitions ~100% remote position ~ Strong exposure and interaction with the VP of Finance and CFO, both CPA and CAs with large audit firm backgrounds, offering excellent mentorship ~ Support the annual budget process with corporate and business units. Participation in key decisions with sensitivities/scenario analysis. Prepare the monthly financial pack for assigned business units Work cross-functionally with other departments to gather data, provide financial insights and ensure alignment with overall business goals. Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance with reporting standards. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and trends. Support the preparation of active projects within the team and provide analysis on request. Support in the testing and implementation of EPIC based solutions for reporting. Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information. Support and participate in cross-training to provide coverage and assistance for other positions within the finance team as required. Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
