Job Summary We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our Partnership and Business Development initiatives in the British Columbia. This individual will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clinics and doctors, while also onboarding and seeking out new partnerships within the defined geographical area. This position requires up to 80% business travel within the assigned territory, including but not limited to attendance at corporate conferences and partner events as required. The successful candidate will ultimately be responsible for the management and growth of Beautifis existing and prospective partners within British Columbia and report to the Vice President of Business Development & Partnerships. Key Responsibilities and Activities Meet and exceed all territory targets and objectives in line with predefined KPIs (monthly, quarterly, annual) Market and sell the value of Beautifi to clinic partners in the designated territory, in accordance with quarterly strategies and plans Develop strong relationships with existing and potential partners and maintain an active pipeline of prospects/leads Engage in clinic activities to drive lead volume and deals funded to support partner growth Onboard and train new clinic partners on Beautifis program details and value proposition Work with partners on promotions and programs to help drive additional financing lead flow Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partners have access to the resources and support needed to succeed across departments Consult with partners on program updates and ensure Beautifi is seamlessly integrated into clinic workflows Establish call routing plans and enter daily call reports into CRM Attend Industry/partner events within the assigned territory and corporate conferences as required Support the onboarding and training of new hires as requested by management Qualifications Technical Knowledge/Experience: Bachelors Degree is required (Business preferred) Minimum 3 years of relevant B2B Sales experience (preference for surgical, medical aesthetics, dental, fertility channels) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills Proficient knowledge MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, Teams...) Demonstrated analytical acumen for data-driven decision-making Willing and able to adapt to advancements in technology and AI integrations (Otter AI, Notion, Chat GPT...)
